By accessing or using the DocShow Pro service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
DocShow Pro is a platform that transforms PDF documents into interactive audio-visual presentations. The Service uses advanced technologies including artificial intelligence to process and convert your documents.
3.1. By uploading documents to DocShow Pro, you explicitly agree to the use of AI Agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) that are necessary to process your documents and provide the requested formats such as presentations, voice-overs, and other outputs.
3.2. You acknowledge that the processing of your documents involves automated analysis by AI systems to extract, organize, and transform the content.
3.3. While we take measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that AI processing inherently requires your content to be processed by our systems.
4.1. DocShow Pro operates on a credits-based system where each operation consumes a specific number of credits based on the type and size of processing required.
4.2. Reprocessing the same documents will also consume credits, even if the document has been processed previously.
4.3. Credits are consumed upon successful processing of documents, whether or not you are satisfied with the results.
4.4. Unused credits may be eligible for reimbursement according to our refund policy outlined in Section 5.
4.5. Credits used for processing cannot be reimbursed or refunded once the processing has been initiated.
5.1. Unused credits may be reimbursed upon request, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.
5.2. Any credits that have been used for document processing, even if the processing did not produce the expected results, are non-refundable.
5.3. Refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team within 30 days of purchase.
5.4. We reserve the right to deny reimbursement requests that we determine to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
6.1. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any content submitted to our Service.
6.2. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
6.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
7.1. Our processing and handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. You acknowledge that we may retain processed versions of your documents for a limited time to improve our services.
8.1. You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our Service.
8.2. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you.
8.3. We retain all rights to the technology, algorithms, and systems used to provide the Service.
